The poison of hate
India has been badly bruised by the politics of intimidation being carried forward by the heir apparent of those who divided the society and thereby the nation. The post independent India has been bearing the brunt of the troubled legacy, the divisive forces, the advocates of the secterian violence and the prophets of hate all joined together to create the problem child oppressing the whole of globe. The imperial ambitions, the political upmanship and the tendency to intrude into the privacy of a nation by those high on resources and short on compassion, high on militia, low on humanity, high on prowess to destroy and low on saving human soul from disintegration made a mess of the human society. In the Indian context it was the dream of the hate breed campaigners to induce the poison chalice in the tender bleeding hearts of those living in perfect harmony with those who did not share their faith, but respected them without grouses. But the pioneers of the ugly doctrine rooted into communalism preside over the impressionable minds to create cracks within a perfect mind to look beyond what was peaceful, and valueable. They did struggle for fifty long years to see the results coming in. The desecration of the holy shrines, attacks on the individual faith, suspecting the integrity of a settled community all blended pugnaciously to put things on a dicey pedestal. Riots, genocide, cunning and dangerous sloganeering again came very handy for those looking for a ruse to strike back while the successive governments soft pedalling following variegated political considerations nailed in the forehead of the last remains of the peaceful coalscence. Kill those wreaking havoc and hang those on the lampost spilling innocent blood without mercy.
